Good luck Dylan and Joline!

May is National Moving Month. According to the 2006 Chase's Calendar of Events, more than 40 million Americans annually pack up their stuff and move to new homes and communities. More than half of these moves occur between May and September. Unfortunately for patrons at The Emerald Hen, Dylan and Joline will be among that 40 million. They're moving to St. Louis, in Dylan's home state of Missouri (Show me, I dare you). We'll miss ya'll! Give a Nelly a shout out from the folks in Sanford!

Four dead in Ohio

Thursday, May 4 marks the 36th anniversary of the Kent State University shooting, where members of the Ohio National Guard fired on unarmed students. Four students died and 9 were wounded. This photo taken by photojournalism student John Filo won the Pulitzer Prize and became the most recognized image of the tragedy. It features Mary Ann Vecchio kneeling over the body of a slain student. What is Vecchio's connection to Florida?

A couple of wild and crazy kids!

Dylan and Joline eat their final meal in Florida at Crazy Buffet (Let's go crazy!). Henry, of course, has to make his presence known.

Run for the Roses

The 132nd running of The Kentucky Derby is coming up this weekend. Hmmmmmmmm, I wonder if there will be any Kentucky Derby trivia Wednesday night?

Relax, man. Wednesday will be here soon.

Why is this man screaming? He can't stand the wait until it's Dan The Man Trivia Night at The Emerald Hen. The fun starts about 7:30 p.m. every Wednesday night at 118 S. Park Ave. in Historic Downtown Sanford.
